Join us for a moving evening of choral music as two powerful works explore life, loss, and hope. Britten’s The Company of Heaven combines vivid poetry, texts and expressive music to reflect on death and what lies beyond, while Handel’s The Ways of Zion do Mourn offers a deeply touching response to grief, full of beauty and quiet consolation. Written centuries apart, these works speak with a shared emotional honesty that still resonates today.
